August 2007 has been a stable month with regards to property sales, the flow of properties entering and exiting the market has been quite steady. There has been an improvement in the number of property sales compared with the same time last year and there has also been an increase in the number of property sales compared to last month. During this time of the year the housing market tends to slow down. As the winter months begin to advance upon us, fewer properties become avaliable and fewer purchasers are looking at the market.
